The Week of November 5th through 9th2018

**Test will be on Friday, November 9th.  Spelling tests will be the last day of the school week and a new list will be sent home on Fridays/last day of the week.  Students who pass the pretest on Monday with 100% will not have to take the test at the end of the week.

Reading/ELA:

  • Working on writing:  How authors use dialogue in their personal narratives. Fine tuning our stories.

  • Vocabulary focus:  We had a busy week last week so we will focus on these words this week:

  • We are starting our class read aloud of Charlotte's Web!  We will be working on a project as we read the book together.

  • This week we will be continuing using distributive property combined with focusing on 8 as a factor and multiplication facts

  • Wednesday:  Lesson 3-6 Multiplication Facts
  • Homework will be on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Homework is due the following morning.
