This week in Third Grade~~ May 18th through 22nd, 2020


  • No new Spelling list.
  • No new Grammar or Vocabulary
  • No new Reading assignments
  • No new Math assignments

Finishing Opinion Writing lessons 9 and 10 and publishing final Opinion paper and send to teacher.


This week students will not get any new assignments but will need to finish any unfinished assignments and turn in all Daily Assignment Check-Off Sheets by emailing a picture of the pages with the completed assignments marked off and parent signature.


Countdown to Summer and becoming 4th graders!!!



  • Continue watching our daily videos to find out what activity is in your secret bags and have fun with them!! Only open the bag revealed in each video, please, so we can have fun counting down to the last day! 

Monday the 18th:  Countdown Day 5

Tuesday the 19th: Countdown Day 4
Wednesday the 20th: Countdown Day 3
Thursday the 21st:  Countdown Day 2
Friday the 22nd:  Countdown Day 1

  • Final Zoom meeting and special envelope opening during meeting.
  • Chromebook turn in at Vision Charter school from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (I will be there at 11:00 am, too, if you want to come early:)
  • 4th Report cards available on Infinite Campus 
**Chromebooks and chargers will need to be returned to Vision Charter no later than Wednesday, May 27th.

          I am sorry this year ended this way but I am so proud of everyone~students and parents~~for all the hard work and continued dedication to learning you have shown so that you will be ready for 4th grade!! 
Enjoy your summer, keep reading and practicing your math facts throughout the summer! You can continue to use any of the websites on our class page throughout the summer.
